Eco Heroes

A fun, hands on sustainability programme for primary schools in Northern Ireland. Helping pupils understand how they can protect the planet through everyday actions.

Eco Heroes is a fully funded, interactive workshop designed to inspire children to protect the planet through simple, everyday actions.

This engaging 45-60 minute session is aimed at P5-P7 pupils and is delivered directly in the classroom, requiring no preparation from teachers.

Pupils will explore key environmental themes including:

- Local biodiversity

- Climate change & greenhouse gases

- Energy use and saving energy

- Recycling and reducing waste

- Introduction to renewable gas and biomethane
